How tall is the bear?
In most cases we state how tall a figurine is on the actual page.  If its not listed, then contact us to find out.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and bank accounts via Paypal.  For Australia customers we will also continue to accept Direct Deposits.

Do you combine postage costs?
Absolutely!  The more you buy the more you save.  You will see the discounts applied as you add items in your shopping cart.
Australian customers receive a $3 discount per additional item.
Customers in the Brisbane area (within 50km of the GPO) will not be charged more than $10 plus $1 for each additional item.  And you can always opt for local pickup for no postage cost.
Overseas customers receive a discount of $9 for each additional keyring, and $5 for all other items.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We always post by the next business day after the funds have cleared.  Within Brisbane or if you've chosen ExpressPost then your order should arrive the following day.  For the rest of Queensland and New South Wales it usually takes 2-3 business days.  Elsewhere in Australia it can take a week.  For overseas destinations, it usually takes 2-3 weeks.
