No one wants to read pages of legal conditions of sale etc. We've just got a few simple rules so please read them.
- All sales are final - if you click the Checkout or Submit Order buttons - only do so if you are sure you want the items.
Please choose carefully - there are no refunds if you just change your mind.
- If an item is broken or for some reason is not as described, please contact us to arrange a refund or replacement.
- Items are posted the next business day after the payment has cleared.
- If paying for items by Direct Deposit, please deposit the money ASAP and contact us to tell us you have done so. Until then, the items will not be reserved for you and you may risk someone else buying the last one.
- If for some reason we can't fulfill your order - such as someone else having just bought the last one, we will inform you immediately and refund your money using the same method you paid for it.
- If you would like to pick up items from us, you must either pay for it with exact cash at time of pick up or have made the payment by PayPal / Direct Deposit which has already cleared by the time the items are to be picked up. For more information on local pickup click here.
